ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Must be 18 years old or older

  2. Must have substance abuse or mental abuse history

  3. A strong commitment to sobriety

  4. A completed application

HOW TO APPLY

  1. If applicable, talk to a supervising officer or case worker to see if they support transition.

  2. An application should be filled out and submitted to us either by email, in-person or through US mail

  3. Staff will review the application

  4. If criteria are met and a bed is available, the Michael House will contact the applicant to arrange for an interview

  5. If accepted, the Michael house will contact the applicant and set a move-in date.

  6. If the applicant meets all criteria, but a bed is not available, the applicant can be put on a waiting list.
